Jalapeno Chicken with Bell Peppers

Spicy and sweet this Jalapeno Chicken with bell peppers is easiest fanciest stir-fry you will ever make! With the juiciest, tender chicken bites and sneaked in veggies!


If you are anything like me, you love the heat. Here the jalapeno adds so much flavor and heat. Say Hello easiest-dinner-ever, jalapeno chicken with bell peppers. It’s such a quick, speedy stir-fry using of chicken tenders and you get the most tasty stir fry. But don’t worry, you can swap them out for chicken thigh if you like it.




Ingredients :

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks

Marinade :

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

2 tbsp white vinegar or apple cider

Stir fry

1 tbsp vegetable oil +1 tsp sesame seed oil

10 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2-4 jalapeno thinly slices (use according to your spice level)

2 whole bell peppers, cut to 1 inch pieces

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp ground pepper

1 tsp garam masala or any curry powder

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions :

In a bowl, add the soy sauce, sriracha and vinegar. Add the cut chicken and mix it really well massaging it. Let it marinate while you prep the vegetables.

Heat vegetable oil and sesame seed oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the jalapeno and garlic, saute for 30 seconds. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden, about 5 minutes. Add the sugar. Toss in the pepper and cook everything.

Cook everything for another 5 minutes on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked. Do not overcook the peppers.

Toss in the pepper and garam masala. Mix well, add the cilantro.

Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and cilantro and some fresh jalapeno
